Nang makarating kami sa mall ay hindi pa daw masyadong gutom si Anne kaya nag-ikot muna kami. We bought a few clothes at napadaaan kami sa jewelry store. Anne doesn't really wear a lot of jewelries aside from a pair of earrings and a watch. But her birthday is coming up and I was thinking of getting her something she'd like.
"Hon, I'm going to look for a book. May gusto ka bang store na puntahan? Baka magtagal ako dito ng kaunti," sabi n'ya sa akin.
Natanawan ko ang jewelry store malapit sa bookstore na gusto n'yang puntahan pero gusto ko s'yang i-surpresa kaya nagdahilan na lang ako.
"Pupunta lang ako sa washroom at susunod ako sa iyo sa bookstore."
Anne nodded and gave me a kiss before she went in. I don't usually visit jewelry stores dahil madalas akong mag-order sa onlin
