Bethany POV Hank said it was a go, and I rushed over to get Dad as comfortable as possible for the trip. It was my last chance to see him for however long it would take for him to recover and return, and if I could go visit, it would not be for a while. I thought the babies were still a bit young, and I didn't want to put them through that trip unless it was a must. Dad would finally get what he needed. He needs those vertebrae fixed. I had reviewed the operation recording with Hank, and we both agreed they stuffed up. They had a newly credited doctor working on Dad because the seniors were unavailable and were busy with others brought in for surgery.
