When Drayce had hung up the phone, I felt overwhelming anger. I don’t know why my emotions were so all over the place. I didn’t like the way that Alvira spoke to Drayce.
When Drayce left, I thought I would start to calm down, but instead, I felt more agitated. I tried to ignore it and got on with my work.
I couldn’t even believe the thought crossed my mind, but sometimes I thought I would have been better staying at the Amethyst Moon pack. Now I knew I was going crazy.
I finished work and went up to my apartment to change before heading over to Drayce’s motel room. My phone pinged whilst I was getting changed.
It was Daniel asking if we could meet up to chat. I texted back that I had a meeting but that I would call him tomorrow.
