Episode 2

Clau's operation was successful and we were able to go back to our own home. Thank God and bilis ng response ng team ng police na nakakuha ng call ko.

Everyone is safe and the cuplrit is now in jail.

This day was really exhausting. Humiga ako sa bed and laid back. I can still remember his face. His built, his perfume, his facial features. I grabbed my phone and browse to my messages.

Hi Babe, I received a message that we can avail the dinner we won. Can we have it tonight? Sent

Bahagyang tumulo ang luha ko. This was the last message I sent him after we won Mr. and Ms. August in college and I did not heard back from him. I did not waste my time talking to his parents eh sino ba naman ako. Girlfriend nya lang naman ako.

One thing is for sure though. I will make sure that he will not get anything from me again.

After graduation I made sure I will run my own business. I now have a chain of specialty store offering different garments and clothes.

Anna's POV

It was a beautiful morning when I woke up. Birthday ng kapatid ni Charles na si Carlo and we have an auction na gaganapin sa residence nila and the proceeds will go to my chosen charity.

I was preparing myself to go the my botique when I got a message from my assistant.

Ms. A, we got a little problem dito sa shop. I hope you can come right away.

I immediately made my way to the bathroom. Took a shower and get ready. I bought my own house after graduation para matigilan na ang pagpilit sa akin ng parents ko na ipakasal ako sa lalaking hindi ko naman gusto.

They agree for me to live by myself but in one condition. To have blind date with the man they chose for me. I did not agree as it was still against me. Para saan pa na I will live on my own kung susundin ko pa din ang gusto nila.

We finally agree on the very last person they want me to meet but it depends on me when I will meet him.

I dedicated my time to work and Clau to be busy. Ayaw ko ng balikan ang nakaraan with Aldrin.

I used my white car to my botique.

Kakaparada ko palang at nakikita ko na si Ria my assistant na kumakaway sa labas.

I slowly walked after getting off in the car to the entrance.

"What is going on here?" sabi ko pa ng may konting pagmamaldita

Ms. A! Finally, did you do something bad to someone recently? tanong pa ni Ria

"Wala naman" maikli kong sagot while trying to remember the past events

"Busy lang ako sa practice ng fashion show for the auction. " Bakit ba?" tanong ko habang naglalakad to my room

I was surprised when I opened the door in my room. I got a bunch of daffodil. Para akong magtitinda ng bulaklak.

Lumapit ako sa isang boquet na nakahiwalay and look at the card that reads.

I crumpled the card and fished my phone in my bag.

" Mang Teban? Yes po Ms. A? tanong ng matandang hardinero sa bahay nila Mommy after I call him

" Pwede po bang pakikuha ng mga bulaklak dito sa office at ikaw na ang bahalang magdispatsa.?

"Sige po Ms. A, kuha lang po ako ng truck na pang pick up." bigyan nyo po ako ng mga 30 minutes to 1 hour para makadating diyan

"Ok Mang Teban, Just go straight sa office room ko tapos kunin nyo na. I have a meeting so baka wala ako sa room ko pagdating mo." utos ko pa sa kanya

"Aye Aye Ms. A. " o siya mag aayos na ako pag alis

Ria? tinawagan ko yung assistant ko sa intercom

Yes Ms. A? sagot pa niya

"Get the meeting room A ready in 10 minutes. Well have our final meeting before the event tonight."

" Ahhhhhmmmmm. Actually Ms. A, that is another problem we have. " palatak ni Ria

"Ano na naman ba yan, ang aga aga ang daming aberya" ? patanong ko pa

"May naghihintay po sa inyo sa meeting Room A. Ms. A. Boyfriend nyo daw po siya at ayaw po niyang umalis haggat di daw po kayo nakakausap. Mukhang ok naman po yung itsura kaya pinapasok ko na" may halong takot ang boses ni Ria

"Oh My God Ria! " He is a stranger and yet you allowed him to go inside our office? Paano nalang kung armed siya at may gawin siya masama sa atin? bahagyang uminit ang ulo ko sa isipin na iyon

"Sorry Ms. A, ayaw po kasi talaga nyang umalis. Mainit din po kasi sa labas kaya pinapasok ko nalang po siya sa meeting room" puno ng pag umahin na sabi niya sa kabilang linya

"Okay, cancel the meeting first. I'll call you all pagkatapos namin magtuos ng lalaking yan." yun lang at binaba ko na ang linya

I made my way to the security room. Walang nakabantay so I went to the camera dedicated to the meeting room A.

There I saw him on the swivel chair with his eyes closed. Ang gwapo pa din nya sa suit just like when we were competing then. He might be exhausted cause he looks like he is sleeping.

I pushed the button to switch off the camera for that room and made my way out.

I slowly opened the door and pushed the button to close the blinds as it was a glass walled room.

"Are you planning to do something bad? narinig ko muli ang boses niya

"Why do you think so? sagot ko habang umuupo across sa kinauupuan niya

Tumayo siya, sinundan ko siya ng tingin while make his way to my seat. He slowly turn my chair and looked at me.

" Cause you should have not closed the blinds. " dahan dahan siyang bumulong sa akin

Our faces are just a few inches away.

I then switch to the witch mode. " I can kill you right here, right now without no one knowing" bulong ko din sa kanya

" Scary, but will not work on me." he then withdraw his position and pushed my chair in the corner while I'm on it.

He grabbed both my hands and pinned me on the wall. " Did you like the flowers? " you better have a good answer pahabol pa niya

I looked straightly in his eyes. " I don't want new beginnings with you." I manage to let go on of my hand and pressed my point finger in his lip. Now go back up, cause you are wasting both our time. "

I walked past him. Sakto naman na iniluwa ng pinto si Julius.

Julius Pov

" Hi Babe!" Bati ko kay A. I put my hands on her waist and planted a quick kiss near her lips.

I heard from Ria na may stranger daw na umaaligid ka A so I went there right away after hearing it.

I saw the man a few steps behind us, nagagalit ang mga mata niya. Kung totoo man ang sabi sabi na the looks can kill baka parehas na kaming nakabulagta ni A dahil sa mga tingin ng lalaki.

" Hello Babe." sagot nya sa akin. " Si Aldrin nga pala, an old friend and si Julius, my partner. she introduce us while changing glances

" Nice to meet you Aldrin " inilahad ko ang kamay to sa kanya

" Nice to meet you too" sagot naman niya sa akin

" Were good from here Aldrin, right? Please wait for our response to your proposal. " lahad ni A

" Well, I got to go. I have another meeting as well. I'll wait for your response then.' No emotion na sagot ni Aldrin
