84. Strina's Diary (Book One)

Another year has come and gone and I am still here; not that I have any hope of leaving nor do I want to leave.
There were celebrations today for the New Year and since the Christmas decorations are still up we didn't have to do another decoration.
We will remove the decorations on the tenth. We always do every year.
These decorations make us happier as they make this otherwise gloomy place more colorful.
Everything here is white.
White walls, white clothes, white plates, white everything.
That means that any other time we see a different color other than white and green is during the end and beginning of year celebrations.
I have been doing worse and worse and I can't keep my food down.
