Pearl's POV
Alice and Shane are just staring at each other. I know Shane recognises Alice as his mate based on the mate sparks and all. But to Alice, she is just attracted to him. They don't have the side where they can feel sparks. They are not werewolves. So she just knows she is attracted to him, but she doesn't know why.
That happens to most of the people. Not just in supernatural world but in human world too. Sometimes people think someone is attractive all of a sudden. They just don't know why. They might either be their true soulmate or it might also be the brain playing tricks. Thank God we have our wolf side to filter that out. We have mate sparks to be sure.
"I just found my mate" Shane says looking at Conrad, but Conrad is just staring into space.
