Bonnie doesn’t waste any time and walks straight up to her assistant and tells him to call up to Mr. Scraper’s office and say that I need to speak to him. The assistant picks up the phone and dials. Instead of entering her room, Bonnie leans over the desk so that she can hear the conversation.
“Mr. Scraper’s office,” says the voice on the other side of the phone.
“Hi there, this is Ms. Moran’s assistant. Does Mr. Scraper have time to see her this morning? It is urgent.” Bonnie’s assistant says.
“One second, I will take a look at his schedule.” Bonnie hears a song come on the line and knows that they are on hold. Then, the person on the other line comes back and says, “Hello, Mr. Scraper would like you are to send Ms. Moran up to his office immediately.”
