Chapter 8
The stairs leading up the correctional facility are littered with reporters. Bonnie’s car is swarmed immediately after pulling pulls up to the building. All of the reporters seem to be yelling the something along the same lines. They are either shouting very negative things at her, claiming that she has a knack for getting terrible people out of jail and that she should be locked away herself for such crimes. However, the other half of the reporters are screaming praise, claiming that she is the best lawyer ever to walk the face of the earth. She ignores both sets of them as she makes her way up the stairs. The reporters part in front of her as if they were the red sea and she was Mosses.
