"Mase what are we doing here?" I ask my big brother
"Milo this is where we buried dad, we here to visit dad it's his birthday today..."
I look at my big brother confused it was daddies birthday??? Its been two years since daddy went to heaven and he hasn't come home yet
"Mase when is dad coming home? Do you think he can take a break from heaven?"
Mason looked at me and picked me up...
"Milo don't ever think because dad can't be here he doesn't love you... Remember that okay?"
I nod I don't quite understand what he means but I go with what he said nonetheless...
"Come on let's go get you your favorite blueberry ice-cream"
