22 Day 28, Wednesday, September 17 Found some good research on the Tarahumara Indian tribe in northern Mexico. Until pretty recently they’ve lived off of hunting (raccoons?) and a few crops like corn, beans, and squash, but lately they’ve also started eating ramen noodles, potato chips, and soda. And guess what? Suddenly diabetes, obesity, heart disease, etc. Same in some other native cultures I’ve been looking into.
