Thea walks beside the big gray wolf with a hand on his back. She doesn't rush him. But she is surprised when they walk towards the beta house.
"It was your parents?"
Sam shakes his head. His big body leaning into Thea a little more. He is worried that she will leave if she knows his biggest secret, his biggest disgrace. Will she reject him too? Will she hurt him too?
As Thea moves closer to the house, the large gray wolf and her steps are synchronized. They are silent on the soft green grass, the slight buzzing noise gets louder, a screeching voice that she recognizes easily.
"Indi?"
Thea holds Sam a little tighter as he nods. Thea doesn’t ask anymore as they stand outside the building.
