Amy’s POV
Once Selene left us, Alpha John came over and hugged me. Holding me like my father would and I tried hard to push out all the fear and misery I felt. “Oh Amy, I am so sorry.” I felt my body shudder with more tears. “No more tears, okay? We need to be strong and besides, I have a good feeling about the next few days.” I felt him hug me tighter.
“Thanks Alpha John, I think I am okay now.” I said with a little more conviction than I felt. He pulled back slightly, looking in my eyes. “Sure Amy.” He smiled down at me. I suddenly remembered that I needed to tell Alpha John about what I felt about Dakota.
