FOR the duration of the week, the training was conducted by a middle aged man named Johann, who was very entertaining and very eloquent. There were some words that he used that I have not heard before, and I had to take note of them and look them up as soon as I got home.
I was getting nervous as I wasn’t sure if I’ll be able to handle talking to customers daily when they used big words like he does.
Lance and I were having dinner before driving me home when he noticed I was a bit quiet.
