Jai hates to sound like a bitchy queen, but he doesn’t like being alone. The one time he made the mistake of saying as much to Kiki, her response was an unhelpful, “But you have me!”
“I mean alone in bed,” he clarified.
With a laugh, she said, “Oh, right. Yeah, no, that wouldn’t go over well with Trey, trust me. Besides, I thought you didn’t like girl parts.”
Jai doesn’t, and he’s only half-teasing when he jokes about stealing her boyfriend away from her, because Trey really is quite a looker. The thing is, Jai isn’t quite sure how Kiki ever landed such a stud. They have literally zilch in common.
