If you’ve ever tried to piss and you saw blood in your urine, then you’ve truly been to hell and back.
The first hurdle was trying to get myself off the couch. I had to take several deep breaths and steady myself before I found the strength to push off the couch and finally get to my feet. The entire room immediately began to sway, and I had to grip the back of the chair to steady myself. Everything seemed to blur around me, and I had to take several deep breaths to calm myself down and find the strength to move.
The next hurdle was the stairs. I had to climb it backwards, slowly lifting one leg after another and making sure that I kept my back straight. Otherwise, I would have leaned forward too much and slammed face first into the staircase.
