"Let me go, I'm fine, I can walk," I explained to Geoffrey while he assists me to sit on the couch "Ma'am Eve, don't make it hard for me, the boss cares about your injury if you keep running I'll lose my job"
"How can he care for me?" I raised a question, twirling, "because he appreciates you," I couldn't help but snicker, "does he appreciate me? I'm not joking, what did he saw in me, what makes him love me, you think highly of me "
"You should trust me," Geoffrey asserted, handing me a glass of water, "if he's certainly into me like you explained, he should've been at our wedding, and besides, he shouldn't have threatened me," I let out calmly. "Did boss threaten you?"
"It doesn't count tell me if Mr. Grey is showing up today, I have some pressing matters with him to discuss." but he told me Oliver had gone on a business trip and he didn't assert when he would be back: "I just don't understand this man, last time he asked me to get the wild guy but he shoved me out of the car and now he's not coming back," I was annoyed, "the boss is practically busy ma'am Eve," Geoffrey let out and I'm already pissed off he's busy after the wedding, how can he do that. I was lost in thinking when we heard the doorbell ring, "is that Mr. Grey?" 'I inquired while I got the door, It was my dad. '' Dad, why are you here? Isn't it enough that you left me?'' I let out angrily.
"Calm down Eva, I'm here to notify you about Eve's graduation ceremony, I want you to attend the graduation ceremony on behalf of your sister," my dad explained. "Dad, you made me finish Eve's marriage, now you want me to go to her graduation when will you stop making me her replacement?"
"I have no option, Eva"
"Aren't you ashamed of doing this to me Dad?" I shouted angrily, "Honey, I'm trying my best to find Eve," he whispered. '' Are you doing your best? Why don't you inform the police "
"No, if the Grey's find out they will sue us, not only will I be in trouble, but your sister will be accused of cheating," he explained trying to make sense, but it didn't make sense to me. “It couldn't be worse than having no trace of Eve. Is selling the company to the Grey's worth more than your daughter's life? " I was irritated, but Dad was still persistent. "I sent people to look for Eve, I'm sure there will be news soon, now please help me this time," he pleaded. I will do something myself I assumed.
At Eve's school I was confused and I was afraid of leaving some shortcomings, so I went to the president's office and asked him if I was close with any of my classmates, but he looked at me questioningly, then I know it's better to ask Eve's colleagues, I guessed leaving his offices, found a stray kitten on the side of the road, I crouched and talked to the kitten "Eve", I heard someone calling me, I turned over and found Javier, our childhood friend "Javier long time without seeing, I believed you went to New Orleans ''
"Are you Eva?" He inquired, "Yes, I was wondering why Ruby's restaurant is here,"
"Did you forget Ruby is a chain restaurant, by the way, let's eat together later? I have some important things I need to discuss with you over lunch"
''Fine''. We came to Ruby's but the private suite is full, we were seated at the regular post. I can't help glancing at Javier ''why are you staring at me you're afraid I'll run away without paying'' he mumbled, tearing me out of my thought ''not that you can run faster than me'' I chuckled gazing at him "Yes you are an athlete, how can I run faster than you if I can ask why did you resign from your job at my restaurant?"
“my mom tells me to find a job that suits my field of study. It is difficult for sports students to find a job, I do not know if I will take a delivery job "

"I'll do my best to help you find your sister," the waiter interrupted our conversation, he brought a bouquet and the menu, I told Javier that I wanted Ruby's most expensive food, the waiter gave me a bouquet and left for our orders.
We're eating when a mister stranger came and interrupted us "you are here" he ignored me glancing at Javier. "Who is he?" He inquired, "This is Javier, Javier, this is my new friend, I call him Mr. stranger," I explained, but Mr. stranger kept complaining and asked if Javier was the wild guy I told him about, "You said I'm the only friend you've in vegas, you found me cute and handsome, why did you introduce me as your friend?"
"You are my friend, I mean a very good friend. I don't know what you are assuming," but he interrupted me brought me close, and kissed me on the lips
