The following morning, Elise awoke feeling refreshed. Even the innkeeper commented on the ranger’s healthy glow when she came downstairs for breakfast. Though the innkeeper credited the inn’s baths with Elise’s well rested status, Elise knew it probably had more to do with her racy pre-rest paladin encounter than it had to do with the bath - convenient as having an in room bath was. Elise spent the morning interviewing the handful of respondents from the day before - all of whom had replied in the evening. Elise was pleased that the innkeeper didn’t decide to interrupt her rest to let her know about the responses, and had instead held them until morning - but thought she ought to remember to let the innkeepers know in future whether or not to hold her messages.
