The last few weeks passed by pretty uneventful, and it was time to fly back out to Carson. There was a part of me that wanted to stay in bed and just miss my flight. I was so nervous I couldn’t stop my hands from shaking, and I was worried the twins would notice. I had our bags packed and everything ready to go, everything except for me, that is. I just lay there flat on my back staring at the ceiling, willing myself to get out of this damn bed, too, put on my big girl panties and get this thing over and done with.
