Chapter Four “Okay, if we do the prime rib special tomorrow night, we can do Yorkshire pudding or beef wellington for Wednesday's lunch,” Paul suggests. It's Monday morning, and the two of us are working on Fission's weekly specials menu. Lansing's delivery truck is back up and running, and we need to get our order placed before noon. “I love beef wellington,” I tell him. “And it's hearty enough to serve as a dinner special. We could do the prime rib tomorrow, the duck on Wednesday, and then the wellingtons on Thursday... space out the protein selection a bit.” Paul quickly agrees with me, and the menu for the week is complete. He calls in the order while I return to the kitchen to start prepping for the lunch rush. We've been getting along a little better over the last few days. After
