Cappie “No, you go inside and fill in the paperwork for this mess you made! You can’t go around shooting suspects! Tomorrow night you will be on hospital watch!”
Great! The entire station thinks I’m a hero, but my captain thinks I’m an i***t! Walking to the dressing rooms, I started taking off my gear when Miller and Fred came running up to me joined by Louis and Friedrich.
Christa “What do you want?”
I ask the four of them, irritated. They are supposed to be out again, chasing bad guys.
Miller
“Cappie said you might need help with some paperwork.”
Christa “Oh, he did, did he? I can do it on my own. You guys get back out there. Bulldog can use the help more than I can. Besides, you two are still angry at me, and I have enough to deal with.”
