The second morning of Charlie’s stay at Stallions and Studs followed the same pattern as the first: Jared was still asleep when Charlie left for his riding lesson. He ate breakfast with Mack and Seth, although today he pleased Seth by having a big plate of eggs and bacon. The dogs followed him to the barn. The main change was in his perception of Wade after being in the loft with him yesterday. Charlie had experienced strong emotions regarding the man, emotions that could lead nowhere.
