The Cursed Prime.

THE CAPITAL, KANERIA

Three days later, The trio were on their way to Ravaryn, the journey had just started and Reagan was already exhausted, she felt weak. Layla had been watching her although the journey, they've got to swap twice already.

"How much longer gianna." Reagan asked

"Hold your breath Reagan, we ain't going to get there today."

"What?!" the sisters exclaimed

"Sorry, but the kingdom had to be so far from the human world, so far." Gianna said, the sisters looked at each other.

After a long while, they got to a motel that was located on a bizarre location, they had to stop and get some rest regardless. Despite the uncanny setting of the motel, it seemed to have lots of guests, the ladies took one room and spent the night. Early the next morning, they continued their journey, Reagan took the wheel this time, and she drove for hours before handing it back to gianna. In four hours, they arrived Ravaryn;

"We're here!" gianna said, the ladies woke up from their slumber, they looked around and their eyes almost popped out. The kingdom was indeed vast and beautiful as well, it looked like a normal city of its own, there were taxis on the road, painted gold with black stripes. They had their own schools, hospitals, security, and other facilities you can find in the human world, this kingdom was richly populated.

"We're at the capital?" Reagan asked

"No, I'll give you the address to the capital tomorrow, i won't be going with you." gianna said

"And why is that?"

"I told you, he hates witches, he can sense me from a mile away. He doesn't let us into his kingdom for any reason, I had to mask my scent ."

"So he's an evil king?." Layla said

"Exactly. He has rules, obey them and you're in his good books. Flaunt them, he won't spare you. " gianna said

"How do you know so much about him?" Reagan asked, a twinge of jealousy was evident in her tone.

"In the human world, he's a demigod, ladies adores him, men envy him. In this kingdom, he's the supreme prime, he terrifies everyone. Ladies still wish to be with him, men dream to have his position but would never, ever attempt to challenge him." gianna replied

"Intriguing." Reagan said, "How old is he?"

"No one knows, some say he's about a hundred years old, others say three hundred, i say he's way older than that." gianna sighed, "Now get some rest, tomorrow you can go seek revenge." she added playfully. She drove them straight to the a hotel, they took out their luggage from the car and into the building. After they booked a room, they ordered for dinner, gianna was still trying to understand how her friend and lover back in college turned out to be this eerie and disgruntled fellow.

"We haven't been in contact for four years now, and i wouldn't have ever seen you again, if i hadn't run into our ex college friends. So much has changed about me, i know. But at the right time, i will tell you everything."

Gianna chuckled, "How would i have forgotten that one of your powers was to read thoughts, i should have concealed mine."

"You can't conceal it from me for long." Reagan smiled.

"Promise you'll be careful."

"I will, i promise." Reagan replied and kissed her, it didn't end at that, Layla rolled her eyes and walked out of the room.

Gianna got dressed and ready to go; "I have to get out of here before my spell expires. I'll come by in the morning."

"Alright."

At ten am, gianna called a taxi for them, she gave the taxi driver the address and earned an appalling look from him. When the ladies were in, she said to Reagan;

"Call me if you're still alive, okay."

"I will definitely call you gia."

"Thank you gianna." Layla said

"It's my pleasure." gianna replied.

The taxi took off, it was only a one hour drive before they got to a huge sign that read: 'Kaneria, tread cautiously.' The driver decreased his speed as he drove through the beautiful estate, ten minutes later, he arrived at a gigantic golden gate. The driver paused by an electronic podium, a man's voice spoke; "Access code."

The driver responded in a strange language.

"Purpose." the man spoke again

"Newbies, they want to see the prime."

"No one sees the prime, take them back."

"We have solutions!" Reagan yelled into the speaker.

There was a short silence, "Solution to what?"

"His problem." she answered

"Get out now." the voice said calmly. "Wait!" another voice came in, a woman. "I'll see her, bring her to me."

"Proceed." the male voice said, the gate opened and the driver drove in.

When he pulled up in front of the castle, a man wearing a high ranked uniform appeared before them, he was tall and broad, fair and handsome.

"Follow me." he said. The ladies followed him, they walked pass the entrance of the castle and towards the left side of the castle. There was a terrace decorated with beautiful flowers by the side of the building that looked like another mansion, a woman with silver hair sat there waiting. They got closer and saw how beautiful she was, she had brown chocolate eyes with natural long lashes. The man offered them a sit and she took the bull by the horn;

"So, who are you, what is the solution you have for the prime?"

"Actually we don't have anything. We are new in the kingdom, last of our kind, lost and alone. We just wanted to see him and ask for a place to inhabit." Reagan said hastily

The lady stared blankly at them, she couldn't believe these girls actually fooled her just to have their way in. Actually, she could, she sensed they had nothing the moment she stared into their eyes, but something compelled her to listen.
