Instead of providing an answer to my question, she took my hand and we began walking to the pack house. I am sure she was saying some things to Liam because we didn't even speak.
We arrived at Alpha Jackson’s chambers, and Liam was already there with him. He looked like he was going to pounce on me the moment he sent his eye on me.
Jackson lay on the bed, he was much alive and awake. But he didn't say a word. He looked like he was too weak to talk.
“You cursed wolf! I knew it, you have brought your bad luck to this space. If only Alpha listened to me. Do you want Rivermoon without a leader?”
I fidgeted at his tone. I have not done anything wrong. Everything started at the competition, I don't know what is wrong with Jackson.
