Chapter 15 The dream came back before Anne’s father even had a chance to fill the prescriptions, and the dream was so much worse. Something had changed. Anne walked into the gigantic, echoing library, the same as before, but giant screens were everywhere now. The shelves held screens, dozens of oversized computers sat on every surface, and the walkways were choked with rolling TVs. Even the table tops and the ceiling were massive screens. She froze, afraid to take another step. Seeing more people than she could count dying on one was bad enough. She didn’t know if she would be able to stand watching on dozens of screens at once.
