Damon’s POV
I lead a very quiet Maddy and a very tired Bella to my office. Luckily we are the first there. I take a seat behind my desk. Maddy carries a tired Bella to the window seat and sits down there. Maddy puts her feet up on the seat laying Bella on her chest. They both face out the window.
“Look at the trees baby. We never get to look at trees from inside the trees. It's cool right?” Maddy says to Bella. Bella nods. Maddy strokes her hair. Not long after we get comfortable Sarah, Axel, Rachel, and Colton walk into the office without knocking.
“What’s going on?” Sarah asks. “What’s so urgent I had to find someone to watch my baby?”
“The Alpha King wants us to be the judges of a trial. You all need to be here to hear it.” I state. Everyone nods except for Rachel who rolls her eye
