Damon’s POV
I lead Alpha Mat and Beta Ryan to my office where they wait while I take Emmett to the bathroom. After a minute Emmett and I walk back to my office. Alpha Mat is sitting in the chair closest to the door and Beta Ryan is sitting in the chair closer to the wall.
“Sorry about that.... kids you know.” I apologize. I walk around my desk and take a seat while Emmett goes over to the window seat.
“It's totally fine. We understand.” Alpha Mat says. Right as I sit down Cole comes in with Charolette, Emmett’s two-year-old little sister, my niece. They both glance at the door and I watch their reactions carefully. The beta nudges the alpha and motions to Charolette causing to alpha to look at her too. After a second he turns to the beta.
