Esmeray's heart was ringing in her ears as she stood at the boundary of her mother’s Queendom.
Her journey to reach this mysterious Queendom located in the middle of nowhere wasn't that difficult but taking this last step and entering this foreign territory with her panic and anxiety kicking in was hard.
Esmeray didn't know what she was doing here, she didn't even have a proper reason to come here. It was just that ever since she had met Isak there was this unsurpassable urge inside her to be close to him. She felt tied to Isak by an invisible bond. Was it because they were twins? She wondered.
Esmeray had always been comfortable with being alone. Some days were fine but some days were hard and unproductive. Those days were the house of unspeakable longings and overthinking for Esmeray.
