Meg sat frozen in her car unable to believe what she had just heard. It was a small thing but it was a big thing too! she drove home eager to tell Ellen the snow not dampening her mood anymore. Instead of finding Ellen in her bedroom she found her sister sprawled on her bed in her bedroom but in her excitement, she didn't bother to ask her what she was doing there instead she grinned widely "I need to tell you something" "I have been waiting for you to come home.I want to tell you something too" Meg shook her head"Me first" "No, me first" "No, me " "me...me.....me" "Fine "Meg rolled her eyes defeated"tell whatever you want to say...." Ellen sprang up from her bed grabbed her hand and dragged her inside her own bedroom"See!" she exclaimed excited. At first, Meg saw nothing except the posters and pink walls, nothing looked different, except the bed looked neat and then her eyes caught something slightly move beside the foot of the bed. "Oh! crap Ellen a dog!! You got home a dog!" Meg had got bitten by a dog when she was a little girl and since then she hated dogs "Relax !it's not a full grown dog yet, it's just a little pup. So cute.rite?"Ellen said lifting up the brown colored pup as she sat on the bed her eyes shining with excitement. Meg wasn't thrilled by the turn of events as Ellen added "Mom gave me the permission to keep her, she likes glitter too" "You named it Glitter?"Meg questioned looking rather stunned What kind of a name was glitter? And, why the hell did it have to be a dog couldn't it be a cat? "You will be with us forever glitter"Ellen crooned to the pup stoking it and seemingly lost in her own world. Meg shook her head at the disastrous situation in front of her eyes . Now she has a dog living in her home as if getting bitten once by a dog wasn't enough. Meg was about to walk back to her room when Ellen looked up from her pup "You wanted to say something, right?" "Nope, you ejoy with your pet I'll....." Ellen narrowed her eyes at her sister "Speak! I want to listen"her entire attention was focused on Meg now and she suddenly felt weird because Ellen had always been the one who spoke about boys whereas she had always been the boring sibling. "yeah, I...."she began hesitantly "It's a guy, Isn't it ?"Ellen said her eyes twinkling " Whoa! how could you have figured that out when I haven't even told you anything?" Ellen chuckled "You should see your face, The way your blushing makes it pretty obvious " "Really?" "Yeah!" She said excitedly moving closer to her " Tell me his name" "Roan Mastlor" she felt an odd yet pleasant sensation as she said his name. How can it be possible for a name to have such effect on her even when the actual guy wasn't in front of her? "You met him in school?" "Yes" "How does he look like?" "He is handsome, smart, cute and has a gorgeous smile" and a bunch more adjectives were coming to her mind " And he has an amazing voice and----" "I get it, he is smoking hot" Ellen cut in impatiently and narrowed her eyes looking serious" On a scale of 1 to 10 how much would you rate his hotness?"Welcome to Ellen's world, this is the way she decided a guy's good looks. "10 on 10"Meg answered immediately "Whoa!that hot"her eye brow arched in surprise . Meg knew how rarely if ever Ellen had given a ten on ten to any guy. Eight was the highest she rated a guy no matter how stunningly good looking he was. "So what's up with this guy? Did you talk to him?" Meg thought back to the way their conversation had begun in the store, with a painful headbutt . It wasn't exactly a normal start "Guess...yes" "What do you mean by that?"Ellen asked bewildered Meg just shrugged. "What is it you were so excited about telling me then?" Ellen was getting impatient by the minute because she wanted to get to the juicy stuff. "Well," Meg felt a small smile spreading on her face "He said he was glad I came to this town" Ellen's expression was the picture of the highest level of bewildered perplexity " Are you are saying me you are this excited because a really hot guy told you he was happy that you came to this town?" "Yes," Meg nodded "What's wrong with that?" Ellen pressed her lips firmly shaking her head at her sister "A normal girl would be so blushingly happy if this really hot guy had asked her out for a coffee or something" Meg opened her mouth to say something but then stopped, maybe Ellen was right for she hands down had the most experience among the two when it to came to matters concerning boys. Though she wasn't right in saying blushing happy. Did such a word even exist?
