His words caressed her with an almost physical force, touching her so deeply inside, tears pooled in her eyes and slipped out, unhindered. “Jie, do you really believe that’s possible?” She and Danny had often talked about such a possibility for each of them. When Danny met David Pearce, she’d seen by the love and passion that had ignited between them that it was possible.
