Because the next morning in the office she gets know her supervisor has been changed and it's not any more Mr. Jons but some women in her mid-forties with a nonsmiling face and suspicious eyes. Her name was Alma and what she heard about her she was scary and brutal when things don't get along or they people she doesn't like and the way Alma is staring her in a judgmental way its quite obvious Anna is not in her good books.
