Well, being back was not going as badly as I had expected. Once Livvy had discovered about what had happened with Eli, she was a little more understanding of the whole situation. She went straight to chat with Noah and I saw little else of her all day. She seemed so much more confident within her work, such a difference in that month since I had been gone. She knew her way around the office, and the staff knew her. She was capable and assured, and just like Noah and Eli had predicted at the beginning, she had become an asset to the business. She looked so good as she moved around the office too... no doubt catching the eye of men and women alike, as she looked so professional going about her business in the workplace so confidently. I don't think I have ever wanted someone so badly...
