THE MENENDEZ FAMILY SECRECY : THE MENENDEZ BROTHERS CASE

Beverley hills is where the wealthy well known infamous "Menendez family " lived but something agonisingly struck on August 20 1989, on this specific date The parents 'kitty' and 'Jose Menendez' were found shot in their peacefull home. this scared the town deeply as Beverley hills is where most celebrities felt safe and their families settled. but out of nowhere this tragedy hits causing people around Beverley hills left in shock and doubting of their safety. The 911 CALL: the children also known as Lyle menendez who was 21 at the time and the older brother. And Erick Menendez the younger brother who was 18 at the time were the supposed ones whom were first to arrive at the crime scene therefore first one's to contact the authorities. Lyle was the one mainly explaining the situation to the cops, as soon as they arrived the two brothers were investigated not immediately but at a point they had to go through interrogations . However the thing that caught the policemen's attention was the WAY the bodies were left. and how brutally the killer had shown no mercy to the so called victims. When asked from the brothers about suspects they responded by telling the cops about how their father was an influential figure who had many people after him due to obvious business reasons. The blame went partly on the mafia because of the WAY the killer had attacked the parents. But a few of the cops believed the mafia couldn't be this possibly lousy to make it evident they used shotguns BUT picked up the shells. the police let this thought fly over their heads as amendments were carried out through Beverley hills all of the people left in devastation because of losing a man who contributed greatly in the society. (Referring to Jose Menendez). The mistake made by the police which led to troubles further in the case : The night when police were investigating they had NOT given the brothers a g*n powder residue test which was an essential in a situation like this. this later caused alot of problems as well. second of all: Not checking the house properly for shells by the shotguns. (It is said that the police checked for shells but unfortunately the checking wasn't thorough enough.)
