As soon, as we got back from the fabric market, I rushed to my Star house and at the door, I met Chloe standing there, like she just finished seeing someone off and immediately she saw me, she quickly hid something in her pocket, but I choose to ignore it and walked up to her with a smile.

"hi Chloe, why are you standing out side?"

"no reason piper, so about the guy, we saved yesterday, his people came for him and he was such a jerk piper he didn't even say thank you to us and he just left, with no gratitude, so he could have waited to say thank you to you piper" I smiled at her and took arm and led her back inside " it fine, they might have just forgotten, the most important thing is that he is okay and nothing else" "what a saint you are piper "

it's been two weeks now that I saved the handsome guy and alot as really changed, or more like Chloe has really changed, she is now wearing expensive clothes and shoes which am aware that her family can not afford and she as been so busy that we hardly see except in classes that we both take, she is a science student and I am art student since I love to design, so we hardly have same class except the general subjects. I have decided that I will talk to her during lunch .

During lunch I went to the cafeteria and grabbed some lunch then I went to the table were I and Chloe usually seat, I even order her favourite Apple juice which is quite expensive and she usually asks me to get it for her. I sat down, waiting for her so that we can have lunch together and it took her 20 minutes before she came in and she didn't come alone she came in together with the school bullies who called themselves the rich squad just because their families has money and they are always dressed in expensive clothes with designer bags and shoes and they always wear the same dress and right now Chloe is wearing the same dress with them which made them look like monkey squads instead. I know I have been hearing rumours about Chloe has been walking with them and at this moment it was confirmed.They came in and sat at their usual spots and Chloe sat with them, talking, laughing and eating with them, I couldn't take it anymore so I stood up and walked toward them with the Apple juice in my hand.

"Hi Chloe, it been a while, I got you your favourite Apple juice "I placed the apple juice in her front as I spoke "Hi" she said and took the Apple juice then one of the bullys spoke " Chloe while are you greeting this poor moron" she laughed and others joined then she continued " are you seriously going to drink that" " no am not, am bigger than this cheap drink" she threw the juice at me and continued to chat with her friends and I can see that they were insulting my dress and bad mouthing me and that didn't stop me so I said to Chloe " can we talk please " I love Chloe too much and I need to know why she suddenly changed, that was not our friendship promise, I even wonder if she is been threatened by the bullies.

" I don't talk to bitches like you, get lost" she said and I was heart broken, what go wrong, why did she change so much, while I was still thinking one of the bullies who was close to me pick up her soup and poured it on my head and everyone laughed, including Chloe, I was stunned is that my childhood friend or she has been replaced. Cory rushed to my side and tried to clean me up with a tissue paper and he also scolded Chloe " you went to far Chloe, and she is your best friend " " what best friend, she is not my best friend anymore, she is too low for my class" Chloe said and Cory responded " remember you were also once a poor person, don't let this little money we have now change you into a b***h"

Chloe ignored us and continued to mock me and I couldn't take it anymore and ran out.
