Time pass by so fast than I can imagine, it has been two months now that the cafeteria incident happened , after that day I confronted Chloe and she made me understand that people can be so ungrateful and human can change, she told me that her status has change and she doesn't want people to see her with a low life like me.

we broke up our friendship and no longer move together, even nana noticed the change and told me, not to think to much about it and from the start she doesn't deserve a faithful loyal friend like me and that made me feel better. day after day I can see that she is not been threatened, she is just showing her hidden true colour .

I really wonder what miracle that took place in Chloe's family, over night there was a change in their status, they moved out of their house to a bigger one, they shut down their noodles shop and open a big restaurant, they are even riding expensive cars around town, am happy for them but the all thing just seams suspicious .

Thank God for Amelia as a friend who have been keeping me busy and not letting me think about Chloe's betrayal, she calls every day and will do talk for a long period of time and she even wish I was there in the city with her, although I love the city but I can't just go ,who will stay with nana? .

I was dousing off on my study desk in my room and I could have just go to my bed and sleep since it already late noon but since I have been burning the midnight oil for Amelia's dress and hasn't got the time to read and I have exam tomorrow so I know I must study hard and make nana proud.

" ring ring ring " my phone started ringing, making my eyes clear from sleep. I took the phone and I was shocked to see Cory calling by this time of the day, shouldn't he be sleeping,"hello Cory, what is the matter" I said before he could speak and he sigh and said "nothing Piper, I just want to inform you that I and Chloe will be leaving for the city, first thing tomorrow" what? I don't get it " Cory, can you come again" I said and I don't even know why I am reacting this way "Piper, I know that you will surely miss me but don't worry I will call you every single day" " it not summer vacation yet, why are you going on a trip and the school exam is starting, you are going to miss it" seriously why do I care, may be because cory as always be good to me, " i and Chloe are going to ocean view academy" I can't believe what am hearing, Ocean view Academy is one of the top best high school in the city and even the best when competing with all other schools in other countries and Ocean view have always been my dream academy but it was just impossible since I can't bear to leave nana all alone and I have suggested to nana, that we should move to the city but she so in love with this her home town and a lot of people here needs her.

"Piper are you still there" "yes I am Cory, congratulations to you and Chloe, I wish you both good luck and happy stay in the City" I said after a long pause "thanks piper, and I will miss you alot, or do you want to come along" "no thank you, am good " " you sure babe" "yeah I am sure, it late Cory we both have busy day ahead. good night " I was about to hang up when he said "wait piper, can you please come and see me off tomorrow " "no I can't " I said immediately with out thinking " common piper please, I want to see your beautiful face before going " I was quite for a while then I finally chose to go and see them off " I will come" i can feel that he was so happy when i finally changed my mind " thanks piper, you are the best"

we said good night to each other then we cut the call and it not that am not happy for them I am, it is just that in two months things change drastically.
