Pearl's POV
Alpha Ryan left not too long ago. He told me he has something to take care of. I am not sure what that is. Nova is with me here and she has not spoken anything since the pregnant positive news.
"Are you going to tell me who that is?" Nova finally asks me.
I look at her and I look at my hands on my lap again. Am I going to tell her?
"I am not asking you so I could judge you, Pearl. I am asking you because I want to support you. From what I know, you are such a great woman.. I wonder where things are going wrong for you. I don't see your mate yet here you are, bearing his pup in your belly!" She says as she takes a step forward.
She is standing a little far from me and I am on the couch.
"I am genuinely looking out for you. I hope you can understand that" she says.
