Jack’s POV I wondered if Aira was all right. My father had us all sitting in his office. He didn’t like using the council chamber for meetings with his advisors. He found it too stuffy. So, instead, we were all comfortably seated in my father’s office while my father did his monthly review of the state of the kingdom. As per usual, Winter Harvest was doing well, but we weren’t without our needs. Some of those needs might be fulfilled if Aira accepted Knox as her mate.
