Knox’s POV I glowered at my soup, repeating my last interaction with Aira in my head. The woman had all but accused me of taking advantage of her! “Doesn’t Princess Aira look beautiful?” Petra whispered to me, giving me a nudge under the table. “You should tell her so.” I spared a glance at Aira, and my glower became a scowl. There she was, temptation embodied, teasing me with what I wasn’t allowed to touch. She was doing it on purpose, I was sure of it. “I’m sure she knows exactly how she looks,” I grunted back to my sister, refraining from giving the compliment Petra was fishing for. Petra blew out an exasperated breath. “Knox, dear,” my mother said. “You seem to be in a foul mood. Is everything all right with your little project?” My little project. I looked down at my soup and m
