Helio’s POV Kora’s eyes narrowed at me. She searched my face and set her jaw. “I can keep a secret, Prince Helio.” She sounded almost offended that I would ask her that, but I ignored it. I wasn’t sure if I should trust her. Diplomacy or not, whatever Queen Araceli and my father had worked out probably benefitted both Howling Winds and Ember Moon. As much as I hated it, Kora probably knew the details more than I did. I brushed off the irritation at the thought.
