When I woke up the next morning, Ryker was no longer by my side. I thought he was just joking last night when he said that he'll be sleeping in my room but then it turns out he's being serious. I don't know what should I feel right now that Ryker didn't even wake me up to say goodbye and he just left me with nothing but his intoxicating scent that lingers on the mattress of my bed. I made a mental note not to ever wash the mattress until Ryker's scent fades away.
