It's 7:00pm and I am in my room, getting ready for the party. I am in the process of putting on my black tux. Dad and I will be wearing black tuxedos and mom and Danny will wear gowns or whatever it is women wear to these events.

If Ben's family really want him to find his mate, they could just gather all unmated males and females in one place and have Ben look through them, he can find his mate. There is no need for them to throw a party.

"Are you done Lenn?" Danny asks when she enters my room. "You are looking good." She compliments, her red spaghetti strapped dress with a v-neck line brings out her pale skin. We may fight as all siblings do, but we have our good days. We are still family and we love each other.

"Thanks." I respond with a smile looking at her through her reflection in the mirror. My silver hair is cut to my nape and my brown eyes are staring back at me. I do not know where I get that hair colour from but I do know that I get my eye colour from my mom. I believe I am not that short standing at 5 feet 11inches. I also believe I look a little bit cute....okay that is bull s**t. As much as I would like to believe that I am not short, I am. As much as I would like to believe that I am not too cute like a girl, I am. And I do not like that, it makes me feel like a girl instead of a 17 year old male who is going to be 18 in a few days.

"I think you look good enough. Now, let us get going, mom and dad are waiting." Danny urges, then pushes herself from the door frame and heads downstairs with me behind her, after I pick up my phone and wallet. The two things I do not get out without.

"You two are looking lovely." Dad compliments with a smile when we get downstairs, while mom coos. Dad is in a similar tuxedo as me while mom is in a black sleeveless body fitting dress. She might have had two grown ass kids but she still looks like a model.

"Pete, I think I want more kids." Mom tells dad, her eyes glistening with tears and her face full of smiles.

"Anything you want love. I think I would like that too." Dad says, his eyes shining with love and devotion for his mate.

"If you two are done, we need to get going." Danny says, she shakes her head but the smile stays intact, refusing to fly off her face.

We all get into dad's car with Mom at the passenger seat and Danny and I taking the back seat. The party is in full session when we get there. The grand hall lite with chandeliers, and decorations everywhere. Everyone is dressed to impress. I might not have wanted to come, but I am not going to pass down the chance to enjoy. I am in my last year like the twins. Speaking of those two devils, where are they?

Where are you guys? I text them.

I do as told. Ronny is dressed in a blue tuxedo while Milly is in a blue dress that ends at her knees. And hanging on Ronny's hand is a blonde beauty. I know I am not into girls, but I know a pretty girl when I see one.

"So, you are my date tonight." Milly says coming to stand beside me with a smile.

"Lyca meet Ronny. Ronny meet Lyca.. my mate." Ronny introduces with a proud smile.

I smile at them. When did they even meet each other.

"Nice to meet you, Lyca." I say with a smile.

"Likewise." She replies. We get some drinks and wait for the Alpha and Luna to make an appearance. Okay Milly and I are the ones waiting. Ronny and Lyca have gone off to where only God knows.

"So, when did they meet?" I as Milly, referring to Ronny and Lyca.

Milly takes a sip of her punch before answering, "at the club."

"Interesting." I says.

"Yh, she was serving as the bartender." She explains.

"So because of that you guys left me alone with Leo?" I acuse.

"I am going to tell you the truth. It was Matthew's idea." She says.

"Matthew? Why?" I am a bit puzzled. I forgot Matthew was even going to come there with us.

"He said we should leave you guys alone for a bit. And that Leo wanted to talk to you?" She says.

"Wait, so Leo was the one I was dancing with?" I ask, my heart beating in my ears. She frowns at me as if I am dumb.

"Yh. Well, you were dancing with me first and then Leo came and you went to dance with him. Ronny, Matthew, Lyca and I left you guys alone after that." She says " I mean, I think that is what happened. I was drunk so..."

Of course she was drunk. I let them get me drunk and now I do not remember what happened. I mean, they did not necessarily force the drink down my throat, but I did follow them.

"Let us get this party over with so I can go home. I think I can sleep for a whole week." I mumble, I am getting tired of waiting. Where are they anyway? The Alpha, Luna and Ben.

Everyone's attention is drawn to the stage the moment the Alpha takes the stage.

"I welcome you all tonight." The Alpha's voice echo's in the quiet hall. He looks so much like Ben, tall, broad and muscular, but not too muscular.

"Today marks the 18th birthday of my son Ben." He continues "it is a day to celebrate, but not alone. I am thankful you all made it. Have a splendid evening." He finishes. Cheers and applauses fills the room.

"Let us dance." Milly pulls me with her to the dance floor. I follow her to the floor. But I feel like someone is looking at me. Their stare burns my skin.
