Amara went home without her mom around. Her conversation with Kean just ended her excitement of a mood in a day. She directly walk towards the ball she hid for safety.
"What really have with you for the royals to be crazy like that?" she mumbled herself while looking at the ball that didn't change it's position.
Inside of it was still the dancing fire, water and air. She was about to lay her hand on it when it lightened with so much reflection. Her eyes widened and good thing she had fast reflexes. She immediately covered their whole house in a shiled so that the light coming from this ball won't go out and won't give any confusion to their neighborhood.
She couldn't deny the sudden nervousness she have felt right now while studying this ball by herself. It was the combined color of the fire, water and air that causes the light. Gone the dancing elements inside of it.
Amara have already read a bit of information about it and because of that information she have known, she tightly hold her word that she would never give this ball to any of the royals unless it's the King and the Queen. She have no idea how the power of this ball can be but she was certain that it was strong and that was what the royals are after to.
Amara raised her hand and released water from her palm. In just a blink, the water from the ball immediately connected to the water in her hand like it it was magnetic. It really confuses her how the f*ck it happened. Her eyes narrowed when the light slowly darkened and the elements are moving back to it's original place. But what surprised her the most was that, the dancing fire and the dancing air are now connected to her water as well.
********
"What is happening?" she mumbled as she felt how much of a strength it seems to be running unto her veins. "Aaaaaahhh"
Amara felt so much tight in her muscles that she suddenly could bare to move an inch. It was very painful that her tears came out with no invitation.
She was shouting and calling her mom for the pain and heaviness of whatever entered her body is unbearable. She was trying to pull back the water she released but she can't. It was so heavy that now she was already on her knees.
Amara was fighting that seems to be fighting for her life. She was crying because of the pain that she couldn't explain. She do not know what is happening, she had never read anything like this in the book that the Holy University has. She haven't seen this yet and that is why she have no idea how to fight nor deal this thing.
The shield she put their entire house vanished the moment she passed out and just lay on the floor. No one was able to see her laying on the floor unconsciously until she woke up by herself. She groaned as she opened her eyes and helped herself to stand up.
All of a sudden, the pain she felt as those dancing elements connected in her water ran through her veins are now gone. Gone the tightness of her veins and she now can easily move her entire body. She looked at herself and scanned her whole body and she's seeing nothing changes.
"What was that?" she mumbled with her curious mind and narrowed eyes roaming around their home. Her mom was still not around and she's alone. She was with no one yet she felt something big just happened.
As she spotted the ball that they found in the mountain, her eyes widened when the dancing elements inside from this are gone. It was now looking like the same with the normal crystal ball they have seen and sell in the Holy City. She wonders if Gillian would still feel hot in this.
She picked up the ball and it really looks like an ordinary crystal from the Holy Market. What did just happened? Where did the dancing elements go? Those questions are now playing in her mind. She released her water ability to strike the ball however her eyes even more widened as she felt the hotness of the water in her hand.
"Why is it hot?" she mumbled in startle and because of her shockness she immediately keep the water back in her body. She stared back the ball and a thought immediately popped up in her mind as she remembered what happened.
Her water was connected with all the dancing elements inside this ball she was staring at. She was in her deep thought when a strength just attacked the shield she put in their house. Her eyes narrowed for who would do such thing? Definitely not her mom. Her mom surely know what possibly is going on inside their home now that their house is covered with protection. She immediately put the ball back to the place where no one can see.
She was staring at it for a second before turning her back from it to attend those whoever is attacking her water shield. She can feel the strength from the power that is attacking and obviously that force was came from someone that is not belong in the class 2 village.
She went emotionless as she saw those Holiesters standing outside their house. Gillian was also there, stopping those royalties from attacking her for no reason. She immediately held back the water shield that made those royalties stepped back for a moment.
"Amara!" Gillian called her name when her best friend saw her.
"What are you guys doing here? Why are you here?" she immediately ask the royals.
It was Hailey and Camille who are attacking and throwing their powers into the shield. She wonders why they weren't able to break it for she know that her water shield wasn't that thick.
"What shield was that?" Hailey asked with full of curiousity.
Amara's eyes narrowed with such question. Didn't Hailey saw that it was water? All of them knows that she has a water ability as well as the teleportation.
"That was just a..... water?" she answered while sounding like a question.
"I know! That looks like a water but how come it didn't broke?"
Hailey was so curious and asking for something she didn't know what. And since she knew that Hailey's question will never stop if she will give her an answer that won't satisfy Hailey.
"What are you guys doing here?" she asked them again. "This is class 2 village, this is not your place," she then roam her eyes around giving them the hint of what she was saying about.
"I came here because I saw them coming in here," Gillian said and stood up beside Amara.
"The director sent us here to tell you that you are invited in the council room, Amara," her brother Kean voiced out.
Amara looked at Gillian and her best friend was looking at her too. She was never been called in the council room — not even once. She already have an idea of what was the director wants from her.
"Why? Is this still about the incident that you four saw us there in the mountain?" Gillian questioned.
"We weren't told for the purpose of calling you, Amara. But the director wants you there, right now," said Prince Stanley.
She looked at her elbow when she felt that Gillian held her.
*"I guess I have already know what is this for,"* Gillain made a voice in her head.
*"So am I, Gillian. But I still need to go to the Holy University,"* she answered before she turned to give an attention to the royalties that are here infront of her.
*"I am coming with you,"* she heard her best friend and she chose not to attend her again for she knew Gillain would really come with her.
"I am coming with you. I couldn't tell mom that I am living for she wasn't around. Would you mind if I just have to take a second to ready myself? I have to leave a note for mom to know where I am heading of being absent at home when she get here?" she said. She saw the Prince smiled and nodded. She then nodded a little and turned her back at them without inviting them to come in.
She don't want to ask Kean to enter their home. This is not his home anymore, he no longer belong this home that is covered with love from their mom. For Amara, Kean doesn't deserve that care.
"Why the f*ck those royalties can't live you alone?" said Gillian in frustration. Amara chuckled with that since she — herself also asking the same thing.
But this attention that the royals have given to her kind of gave her an idea that the thing they found in the place where they bumped with the royals means a lot. This ball is not ordinary and what happened earlier proved her right. She will check it later with Gillian when they're done with the director's business.
"Are you ready?" Prince Stanley asked with the smile on his face. Hailey was looking at Amara with so mycg hatred in her eyes and Amara just shrugged her shoulder and nodded as an answer to the Prince question.
"I will see you at the Holy University," she answered.
"No! You will be riding with us in the royal train," the Prince insisted that widened Camille and especially Hailey's eyes.
Kean was also shock that made him looked at with Prince Stanley and that look was asking the Prince if he was still with his mind.
"Stanley! You know that is against the rules!" Hailey retaliates but the Prince didn't even flinch with the her tone. He didn't even give a glance to Hailey and he was looking at Amara who really look like uninterested.
"Prince Stanley, you have nothing to worry about. I won't escape, but I also don't like to ride the royal train," she said in a low tone.
She saw how the Prince's smile slowly fading and his eyes immediately turned furious.
"Great! If that so, you have to go there, right now! Royal train was the fastest train in the entire Holy Land, that means, we will be in the Holy University first," said Camille and she was looking like — like what Amara said.
"The royal train can still accommodate 2 Holiesters ----"
"Don't let her enter in the royal train for a moment, Stanley. The director was waiting for us in the council room. You have to go now, Amara," said Kean.
Amara didn't speak a word and immediately turned her back from them. Gillian followed her and since class 2 village was way too far from the station of the train, she didn't waste a time and grabbed Gillian's arm without even saying anything and that made Gillian yelled in startle.
"Amara! You know that atleast you could've told me that we are going to be teleporting unto here!" Gillian complaints but Amara just winked.
**************
"Please, we both know that you don't like walking towards the train station," Amara fires back that made her best friend rolled her eyes unto her.
The both of them just sat in the side waiting for the royal train to come over. Amara hate it that they had to abuse their ability like this. Her mom always reminded her to never use their strength in selfish things instead use it to help the weak one and protect them from their fellow Holiesters that are greedy.
All the way of growing up, Holy University only teaches them that the enemy was the Demons when in fact their biggest enemies are those they once thought that their friends. She just hope that one day, Holiesters would open their mind and their eyes in order for them to see what is going on in their world.
She just hope that one day, the King and the Queen would give an attention to their jurisdiction and take the Holy Land back from the greedy royal officers that are recently taking care of the palace council. She roam her eyes around outside the gate of the Holy University where they stopped to wait the royal riding their own royal train.
Some Royals and class 1 were freely roaming around together with no fear of being bullied by those stronger for they royalties accepted some of the class 1 as their colleagues. Since the class were over for the day, those who are not belong to the group of royalties now probably resting and caging their selves behind the closed door of their dorms. Amara shoke her head with her thought.
"They are so free." She heard Gillian mumbled while eyeing those who are playing with their powers around. Well, they maybe are there outside the gate of the Holy University it was still part of the Holy University's premises. It just the council thought that it would be better if the dorms were build outside the main campus.
"One of the privileges that they got for being part of the royal friends," she answered and shrugged.
While looking at those Holiesters, she realized that even the fact that she belonged in the class that was still called one of the lowest Holiesters, she still got the life that maybe — most of these Holiesters wanted to have. She got her mom that she knew would be willingly die for her. It just popped in her mind when she saw this young lady that she think maybe 13 or 14 years old.
This girl belongs in the class 1, she had an older brother who was also been a student of the Holy University that died because of the unfairness of the council. He was accused of something terrible that Amara chose to not know the detail of the crime. She only knew that their parents did nothing when the guy was shouting for help when he was dragged into the Kingdom of sinners and after that day, no one talked about the guy anymore.
She wondered what happened for everyone seemed to forgot that horrible encounter. She felt bad for the guy, the council didn't even explain what kind of crime he did commited, they just announced that what he did was unforgivable.
"I have never forget what I had witnessed on our first day here," Gillian mumbled while still looking at the group that she was also eyeing at.
She smiled for the thought that maybe the reason why they always get along together and they are best of friends — each other's only best friend was because they're mind works the same. It was their first day in the Holy University when the guys was brought into the Kingdom of sinners and forgotten afterwards.
"And maybe it was just the two of us who had remembered the incident," she answered, smiling bitterly in pity for that unjustified issue.
"Amara!"
She immediately turned her head to see the owner of the voice who called her name and to ger surprised, it was the Prince who just came out from their Royal train. He was smiling while walking towards them and his friends were there, following at him. Hailey was quite but her eyes are burning in frustration that she wants to burn Amara for a reason that Amara doesn't care.
Amara bowed her head when the Prince stood in front of her but when she lifted her head, the Prince eye's were looking at her, narrowing.
"You know you don't have to do that," Prince Stanley said in his firm voice.
Amara was tall enough for a girl but Prince Stanley was taller that made her looking up to meet his gaze. Amara smiled at him softly.
"I would never forget that I was born to respect and follow you, Prince Stanley," she answered.
Gone the smile of the Prince and his eyes immediately shifted into serious. He was still looking at him like he doesn't want to take his eyes off from her.
"Stanley, we need to go now in the council room. The Director was probably getting mad now," Hailey said, gritting her teeth without looking at the man she was talking to instead sticking her death glare unto Amara.
Amara saw how sharp of a glare Hailey was given her that if only glare could kill, she have already fall in down. The Prince didn't say anything as well as Kean who turned his back first and Stanley followed him.
"Let's go, please stop acting like you matters, you don't," said Camille while glaring at Amara as well as Gillian.
Gillian immediately followed Camille but Hailey held Amara's elbow that made her to stopped walking.
"Amara, not because you are Kean's sister you would think that you had a chance to be part of the royal family. Always remember that a royal, only belongs to a royal," Hailey seriously said, it was full of determination that also sounded like a threat and warning.
"Your highness, being part of the royal was the last thing I would think of," she answered, smiling so soft without taking her eyes off at Hailey's eyes. "You have nothing to get feared on me, I know my place and I will still be sticking around the place that I truely belong and I will stay there. No need to warn me."
"Prince Stanley is the future King of the Holy Kingdom and was also the future ruler of the entire Holy Land. He needs someone to be in his side and I know that you know, it was me who are in the first line to be with him ----"
"With all due respect, your highness, I am not interested with the royal thing and all. I don't understand how your lives rotate and work. I am no longer Kean's sister, so dreaming that I am part of the royal was impossible," she responded.
