Several curious eyes tracked Chloe as she paced from one end of the waiting area to the other like a caged wild animal. The large display of multi-time zone wall clocks didn’t help the situation. Every one of those clocks only served to remind Chloe that she had been waiting to see Jaxson for already a good four hours. And still, all the secretary kept saying was that her boss was busy.
