Chapter 13: - The unknown party - Hours passed by soon, half of the day was already over, most of the time I was spending with Damien. Even though he was bad and I was still sad for what he did this morning but we had spend the rest of the together watching cartoons. I was still scared of him so I didn't speak much to him neither of us actually did. I do still hate but also like him, I have no what was happening to me or him, for a second he is bad and all then all of sudden he goes good. I am just so confused, my emotions are scattered everywhere.... I was in the bus going back home, I just wished mom was back home. She has been busy alot lately and it feels like she is ignoring me. When the bus stopped in front of my house I immediately hopped out of the bus and into my garden. Finally I was back home, it feels like for the first time I coming back home. The feeling of the warm green grass and the sun felt weird, I haven't been out expect for school for a long time. As I stepped in the house, the smell of pasta reached my nostrils. I always loved pasta, its one of my favourite food in this entire world. I cautiously walked inside the kitchen to see who was cooking this lovely food. I jumped happily when I saw my mother moving a spatula in a steaming hot boiler. Layer of sweat covered her head, she wiped them off and continued to make the food. I ran to her and hugged her from the back, as she felt my arms around her she stopped cooking and turned around to me. Placing a soft hand under my chin, she pulled my face up, connecting our gazes together. I knew she could know that I had cried half of the time in the school, after all she was my mother. "Why were crying?" She questioned with anticipation in her voice. I know she wanted to know what happened today but I couldn't tell her....I made a promise with Damian...he offered me a chocolate and cartoons everyday in respond I would keep my mouth shut.. "Nothing, I was feeling a little sick." I lied. I still couldn't forget the part where he made me do that dirty deed. "Aww I shouldn't have send you to school." She said before wrapping her warm arms around me, she kissed my forehead before I moved away from her warm embrace. "I smell pasta!!" Excitedly I spoke with a smile appearing on my lips. She tickled me before covering the entire stove with her body. "Its not ready yet. Go take a shower and then it might be ready." She teased. I frowned and jumped on the floor, I didn't wanted to go for a bath or even the less move away from my lovely pasta. But she eyed me to go to my room. I groaned and ran up the long black stairs of my house. I placed my hand on the silver cold handle and opened the door, as I opened it the warm breeze contacted my warm skin. I looked around to see my rooms windows all open, the sun was shining brightly and the room was getting warmer by every second. Eagerly, I closed all the windows and ran to my bathroom. I hoped inside my tub and switched the water to cold. Hurriedly I cleaned all the dirt from my body and shampooed my brown locks. After a few more minutes of cleaning my body, I silently stepped out of the bath tub and onto the porcelain tiles. The cold water felt amazing, because of the recent occurring happening to me I was quit depressed but now, after having a cold shower I felt incredible. Wrong.... I just can't wait to eat the pasta. It has been a few days since I ate properly. Naked and cold I walked to my closet and stared at my body. I still had a few bruises from last night but they were nothing much to make a fuss about. I wore my clothes which consisted of a white shirt and black jeans. I was in home now, I didn't had anything to be worried off. I didn't waited for my long hair to dry instead I just brushed them straight before bursting out of the room. I ran back down the long stairs and onto the kitchen table, I sat on the top of it, all ready to eat that lovely pasta. "Go sit properly in you seat." Mom said as she silently glanced at me. I jumped of the counter and walked to my seat, before sitting down I straighted my clothes and then sat down the wooden seats. "Here you go." She said as she placed a bowl of spicy pasta in front of me, soon she came back with a glass of water. I picked up he fork to eat but I immediately stopped when I saw mom walking away. Is she going to eat with me? "Mom aren't you going to eat?" I questioned as I looked into her eyes. "I am not hungry, you go on." She stated while pulling her phone out and dialing someones number. I shrugged and chewed the bowl of pasta until to wasn't empty, once it was I placed it on the sink and turned around to see mom talking to someone. 'Seriously?' She smiled happily. I could hear what the other person told since I can basically hear everything. 'Yess, I can't believe tonight it will be done. I mean its a huge thing, we are finally getting along with the black shadow pack and afcourse alpha Damien.' It was a guy on the other side. I tried to get the entire conversation but mom walked away and soon I couldn't hear nothing but low voices of birds humming. I cleaned my hands and walked to the living, as I sat on the couch mom ran inside happily. The smile on her face was something I didn't see often. "What happened?" I questioned her confusingly. "Finally Alpha Damien has agreed to sign the treaty, never mind! Get ready, we are going to the party. " she said as she pulled me up the room. I was still confused about the part where she mentioned Damien's name in. Do I have to see him again?
