I was about to go toward Lola, when she suddenly turned her head and saw me.
This saved me the effort of pretending not to see her. I was supposed to act like I was blind, after all. It was not the right time to reveal that I could see yet.
Lola saw me and quickly walked over. She pulled me by the hand and I joined her behind the bush. I snuck a peek and immediately my eyes widened!
Donna was here after all! But she was not the only one! Louis was also here!
Donna and Louis seemed to have just gotten out of a car. Lola's hiding spot was nicely positioned, not only could we see what they were doing, we could hear what they were saying!
It looked like Lola had gone to some lengths to accommodate me. If I needed to get to Donna quickly, we were close enough that I could do that.
