Chapter 5
RJ stripped off his clothes and sat on the edge of bed, stretched his toes and laid down only wearing his checkered plaid Hanes boxers. The clock displayed nine o’clock.
Too early to sleep.
He thought about going over the music list for the reception. He wanted the DJ to play two certain songs. One for Pad and him, and one for Pad and his aunt. He had a third song picked out for his dance with his own mom, but he didn’t have to worry about submitting that. He tried reaching his mother earlier but only got voicemail.
