Two Months Later
The large crowd at the Claims Conference was restless. Nearly two thousand claims adjusters and their managers, as well as defense attorneys from throughout the country, filled the largest conference room at the Anaheim Convention Center. Some attendees waited anxiously to hear the first speaker, while others talked to their coworkers seated next to them. Other attendees focused on eating the various Danishes and bagels which were provided as part of the free breakfast every day.
