“Get her to the basement, now!” Addy commanded. I didn’t even think, I just moved. I ran through the house and straight to the basement. I carefully laid my little mate down on the metal surgical exam table. The moment her flesh touched the steele, my mother and sister began to work.
“We need a surgical kit now! Alec get out.” My sister barked.
“She’s my mate! I need to be here!” I argued. Adam came in carrying a surgical kit.
