After we left the ladies at my home, we headed to the gym. We put ourselves through a gruelling two-hour work out. Robert really forced us to push our limits. He wanted to push Elijah to the point of collapse, after what happened with Elijah’s Lycan, Shadow. The Lycan pack gym has been expanded in recent years, because of the dragon people and the hybrid people, that now technically live under the watchful security of the Lycans. It now has showers inside the gym too, within locker rooms. There were locker rooms for men and for women.
