I looked at myself in the mirror and let out a sigh. I look good to go out, but the thing is, I am not ready to go anywhere. I really want to bring up an excuse to stay at home, but I know it will break my mum's heart and also my sister who put so much effort into inviting me.
I can't make my mum feel sad on her birthday so I am left with no other choice but to just go.
I picked up my car keys and phone, and then I left my bedroom.
