I kept punching the bag so hard. I could feel sweat dropping down my forehead right into my eyes, but that didn't stop me from hitting the punching bag.
“Can you take it easy on the innocent punching bag? Look at it, you will soon destroy it.”
I turned to see Gerald standing watching me.
I turned back and continued with what I was doing because I didn't want to stop.
I was trying to relieve my anger on the punching bag.
